Refund policy

Return and refund policies vary depending on the product, ranging from 7 to 30 days. We list the specific return timelines and conditions for every item directly on its Product Page. Please review those details before placing your order.

Returns

At Habita Décor we partner with a variety of specialized makers and vendors to bring you a unique selection of high quality home goods. Our partnership with our suppliers does not allow us to receive returned items at Habita Decor. Instead, items need to go back directly to the original manufacturer.

Don't worry—you won't have to navigate this alone. If you need to make a return, just email us at hello@habitadecor.com and we’ll handle the coordination, provide the correct return address, and stay in touch until your refund is sorted.

If you do not find the information about the item's return and refund policy on the product page or if you have any questions about the return/refunds, please reach out to us at hello@habitadecor.com before placing the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as natural flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on the supplier. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
