*For shipments delivered via freight companies, including large rugs and furniture, we kindly request customers to thoroughly inspect the delivered items upon receipt. Customers are granted a 24-hour window from the time of delivery to report any defects or imperfections. It is imperative that customers carefully examine the products and promptly notify us of any concerns within this stipulated timeframe. Once the 24-hour inspection period has lapsed, we regrettably cannot be held responsible for defects or imperfections on large rugs and furniture.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, unwashed, unused, in their original packaging, with original tags attached, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
• Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Oversize orders exceeding 40 pounds may apply a 7% Restocking Fee in the case of returns due to overstocking. This fee is necessary to cover the additional handling and storage costs associated with oversized items.
• Items on Sale and marked as Final Sale items are non-refundable.
