Returns & Refunds

7-Days Return Window

Items from this supplier can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Product must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.

When returned, products must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped.

Exclusions

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Hygiene items such as soaps, linens and pillows cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
  • This product can't be returned due to mind changes or not fully reading descriptions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item was damaged during shipping, never arrived, or was mark as delivered but you never received it please contact the shipping carrier.

We do not have an "exchange" process for this specific product, simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item and we will refund for the original order.
