7-Days Return: Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, unwashed, unused, in their original packaging, with original tags attached, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
• We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition.
• Damaged Items: Any damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the package to get a replacement.
• Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
• Items marked as clearance or Final Sale are non-refundable - Look for the "Final Sale" label next to the price.

Limited Warranty:

• This warranty extends only to Habita Decor in partnership with Timemore and is limited to replacing or repairing, or assisting in the repair. No warranty service will be provided to any appliance that has been tampered with, unless directed by a Timemore representative through Habita Decor.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the appliance, use contrary to the operating instructions, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone unless directed by a Timemore Representative through Habita Decor. Further, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Timemore, if any, for any allegedly defective appliance or part shall be limited to repair or replacement of the appliance or part and shall not exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement appliance or part.
• Warranty shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
