Please Note: The following 60-day return policy applies exclusively to the Milas Rugs Collection. Return windows and parameters for other products on our site may vary.

60-Days Return: Please contact our support team within 60 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, unwashed, unused, in their original packaging and with original tags attached. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and up to a 25% restocking fee may apply, unless the item is defective. Because rugs are large and heavy items, return shipping fees vary dynamically based on the size of the rug and your location. The exact cost of the return shipping label will be calculated and deducted from your final refund once the return is processed.

Photo Approval Process (Required): Before your return can be approved, you must email our support team clear photos of the wrapped package from multiple angles. This ensures the package meets carrier standards and matches the precise shipping dimensions originally received. 

• Warning: If an item is packaged incorrectly, it can generate extra
  carrier repackaging surcharges that will be deducted from your total refund.

Packaging & Shipping Instructions: 

• Original Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging your rug arrived in. If damaged or lost, you may use a new box or heavy-duty plastic wrap appropriate for the rug size. You are responsible for sourcing all return packing materials.
• Large Rugs (8'8" or larger): If your rug is 8'8" or larger, you must use FedEx Express Saver instead of FedEx Ground when scheduling your carrier pickup.

Damaged or Missing Items: Any damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package. After obtaining your tracking number, make sure to monitor it consistently. Any shipment that is not reported as missing for 5 days post-delivery shown in the tracking number will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customer Remorse Fee: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, ordering error, or dissatisfaction with the look or feel of the item, up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Rug samples
• Rug tapes and corner rug pads
• Any items marked with a "Final Sale" label next to the price
• Any furniture or accessory items that have already been installed or assembled
